On my adventures through Phoenixville I visited Bridge Street Chocolates to take care of a Hot Chocolate fix that only they could take care of. While there I got an ingenious suggestion from one of the chocolate masters to add Coconut Rum to the mix. Did it workout? Without a doubt!
She even gave me a chocolate covered marshmallow to garnish this drink. Check out the recipe below, and if you’re in the area buy the ingredients straight from them. Trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed. Check out my next post for the bonus cocktail I made with these ingredients.

Coconut Rum Hot Chocolate (serves 4):
1 Cup – Mild Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup – White Sugar (or to taste)
4 Cups – Whole Milk
1 oz – Coconut Cruzan Rum
